Had simple check-in too. I appreciated central heating, multi-channel television and a private entrance provided. It had a functional bathroom.

Water should be added.

The property was decent, fairly clean and the staff were helpful. We stayed in a double room and liked the view of inner courtyard. Parking was free. The location was secure, within easy walking distance of Franciscan Friary. Our experience was quite comfortable - would recomand.

Reasonably clean and very good place for what you pay. It had an unbeatable setting next to good restaurants and the train station and railway station. We spent some time at Batzen Brau, they offer drinks and are just a short stroll away from the apartment.

Close to Bolzano airport, which is 30 minutes drive away. We appreciated living in this apartment, can't wait to come back...
